14K Yellow Gold Oval Portrait Carved Shell Cameo Pin Pendant Brooch OTC Italy

Approx. 1 1/4" x 1" carved cameo pin/pendant with portrait of a woman set in 14K yellow gold, marked 14K OTC Italy.  Appears to be genuine shell, with a slightly curved back and translucent pink background with tool marks visible under loupe, and feels cool to the touch.
