    Description

    Up for your consideration are two VERY hard to find mid century modern atomic
    Libbey Marine Life Beverage
    tumblers/glasses.  Each glass is decorated with 22K gold sea horses, fish, and shells as well as the rim.  But my favorite part is the raised sea green ripples that you can feel!  Per Libbey "the sea green ripples are raised glass beading which adds a third dimension to glassware design".  So pretty!!
    These glasses were made by Libbey in the 1950's and were discontinued in 1959.  Each glass is 4 3/4" tall and holds 10 ounces of liquid.  As for condition these glasses look to be in near mint condition as there are no chips or cracks.  However, since these glasses are over 60 years old there is some very minor gold loss to some of the marine life.  You really have to look closely to see so no biggie.
    These glasses are marked with a "L" on the bottom as shown above.  If you are a collector of MCM these very rare and hard to find glasses are a must!!
