Terrific Authentic Autographs Signatures of comedy legend team Abbott & Costello, on a unique, attractive large, UNUSED vintage boxing ticket for an Amateur Boxing event in Patterson, NJ in 1947.
As serious Abbott & Costello fans know, Patterson was Lou Costello's hometown and where the "Lou Costello Memorial Park" is today... Its been over five years since we've acquired a set of Abbott & Costello autographs together on one item, and this is a particularly choice piece of vintage sports memorabilia. This exciting vintage Hollywood treasure has been certified authentic by leading authentication service JSA with a full COA Letter. It has also been Pre-Certified by PSA (meaning PSA certified it authentic but we did not purchased the full PSA letter).

1947 Abbott & Costello Dual-Signed Boxing Ticket. Perhaps no other comedy duo are as warmly remembered as Bud Abbott and Lou Costello. With their roots reaching back to the days of vaudeville and transcending through radio, movies and finally television, the two men made generations of Americans laugh with wild abandon. Who can forget "Whos on First?" or "Two Tens for a Five" or "Susquehanna Hat Company"? Each bit is as funny and fresh as it was when it debuted.
Offered is a 3x8" boxing ticket that the dynamic comedy duo has each signed - Abbott in black fountain pen ink and Costello in blue fountain pen. An attractive display piece that is in near mint condition as it was never used and even though has a perforation in the middle was never even folded as was meant to be.. .

There was apparently a number of celebrities that attended this charity event in Lou Costello's home town of Paterson, NJ in 1947. One of these same tickets Signed by Babe Ruth sold at auction on December 13, 2020 for over 00!
