    Large Ancient Roman Egypt AE Drachm Bronze Coin, Alexandria mint. Serapis in temple.
    Caesar Marcus Aurelius (?).
    Very worn low relief with thin irregular flan. Authentic.
    Comes with interesting vintage typed flip from God-only-knows how long ago.
