We highly recommend removing the passcode to allow us to thoroughly test the watch and make sure everything is working properly. If you come across any issues but chose not to remove or give us your passcode then you will be responsible for shipping if any additional work is required.
BATTERY:  Please make sure your battery is charged. If your battery is not charged we may not be able to guarantee specified time frame due to the volume of repairs we receive.
BENT OR DAMAGED CORNERS: We will unbend damaged corners to make the new digitizer fit properly on the frame. However this does not mean we are going to leave your corners "like new". We will make a diligent effort to keep your corners as clean as possible but some corners might be a little rough depending on the damage.
HOME BUTTON: On some very rare occasions the touch ID might stop working after replacing the screen. It is a known issue in the repair world. We will not be responsible for your Touch ID if it stops working. Your Touch ID will only work with the iPad's original home button. In the event that we are required to replace your home button, know that your button will still work but your touch ID will not.
