Thomas Mayo is a wide receiver for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League.
He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Oakland Raiders in 2012 and also played for the New York Jets. He played college football at California University of Pennsylvania.
In his senior season, Mayo caught 79 passes for 1,359 yards and 16 touchdowns, a career high, earning first-team all-America honors. He is the 16th player in Division II history to surpass 4,000 career receiving yards with 4,378. From his tremendous season, he earned an invite to the East-West Shrine game.
Mayo spent 2012 training camp with the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent before being one of their final cuts. He is 6’2″, 211lbs., and runs a 4.53 40-yard dash with a 39″ vertical leap. Mayo’s nickname is “No Days Off” for being a guy that competes every play, every day. He was signed by the Jets on May 1st, 2013.
In 2016, Mayo signed with the
Winnipeg Blue Bombers and had 24 receptions for 277 yards and a touchdown.
The featured white and black Nike Vapor Jet XXL Gloves were worn by Thomas Mayo in 2013 OTA’s (Organized Team Activities) with the Jets. The speedy wide receiver has signed the left glove and added “2013 OTA’s” and accidentally added “Big Dawg Possessions” to the right one. Sweet pair of gloves directly from the California Vulcans legend!
