Send your flash drive with the shipping carrier of your choice to the address below and leave a note detailing the issue with your device as well as a return address. Use proper padding in order to avoid damage through shipment.
If you'd like your data to be transferred to a new flash drive ship it with your non-working drive or we can provide one and you just pay for the cost of the drive otherwise we can upload it to a cloud service at no cost.
After completion of the repair we will send you an invoice or you can purchase this listing.
