Vintage Original WWII 40-mm Automatic Gun M1 and 40-mm Antiaircraft Gun Carriage M2  Technical Manual TM 9-252 C-1, October 20, 1942. Approx 5.5 in x 8.5 in. Stiff cover, 77 pages. Text and illustrations. This is not a reprint or CD copy, but the original manual as printed and issued in 1942, over 75 years old now. Coverage is mostly on the gun very little on the carriage. Very good plus condition. Please see the photos. Securely packed, this weighs 9 ounces. Named to the original soldier owner with his last four ASN digits. This is a great reference if you are planning to build one of the 1/35 scale models of this gun and carriage.
I will be listing a grouping of vintage WWII U.S. Manuals that belonged to one GI named Shaw, who started out in the New York National Guard, was placed in the Army ASTP program and then later sent to one of the "draftee divisions" when the ASTP program was cancelled.  Most of the manuals are marked with his name and/or last for digits of his ASN.  A few are marked to the ASTP program or the 347th Inf. Rgt. Most are in very good condition.  Some are fairly hard to find these days.
