    Description

Scarce Vintage Original WWII War Department U.S. Military Intelligence Service Special Series, No. 10, "German Antiaircraft Artillery" Approx 5.25 in x 7.75 in. Stiff covers,107 pages dated February 8, 1943. Text, Photos, Diagrams and charts. Original wartime printing concerning German Antiaircraft Artillery organization, training, and operations.  This series was developed by Military Intelligence to provide information and experience for US troops and officers to better know their enemy.  I provided a photo of the table of contents. This is not a reprint or CD copy, but the original book as printed and issued in 1943, over 75 years old now.  Shelf wear in good condition. Please see the photos. Securely packed, this weighs 8 ounces. Named to the original soldier owner with his last four ASN digits. Please see my other auctions for other quality militaria and military reference books.
I will be listing a grouping of vintage WWII U.S. Manuals and books that belonged to one GI named Shaw, who started out in the New York National Guard, was placed in the Army ASTP program and then later sent to one of the "draftee divisions" when the ASTP program was cancelled.  Most of the manuals are marked with his name and/or last for digits of his ASN.  A few are marked to the ASTP program or the 347th Inf. Rgt. Most are in very good condition.  Some are fairly hard to find these days.
If you win multiple items, PLEASE wait for your invoice.  I need to time to re-package and get you a better shipping price.

This is an auction. It is not a buy-it-now.
OVERSEAS BIDDERS:    SHIPPING OVERSEAS HAS GOTTEN VERY EXPENSIVE DUE TO INCREASES BY THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE.  THE SHIPPING PRICE THAT I LIST IS WHAT THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE CHARGES ME TO SHIP.  After "losing" a number of 1st class international packages to Italy, I ONLY SHIP U.S. POST INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL OUT SIDE OF THE U.S.  NO EXCEPTION. KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN BIDDING.  THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING.  I do refund any over-payments of one dollar or more.  THE SHIPPING PRICE IS NOT GROUNDS FOR CANCELING A PURCHASE.  MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO YOUR HOMEWORK UP FRONT.  I FILL OUT ALL CUSTOMS FORMS TRUTHFULLY WITH THE AUCTION SELLING PRICE.  I WILL NOT ALTER A SELLING PRICE ON A CUSTOMS FORM.  PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

Shipping internationally is much more expensive than the rates quoted for the USA.
    Please understand this when bidding.

    Thanks.
